【摘要】 目的 总结腹壁切口疝无张力手术修补体会。方法 对我院1994年5月～2002年5月收治的30例经手术治疗的腹壁切口疝病人进行回顾性分析。结果 30例病人均采用无张力修补法作手术修补，随访1～6年，无复发。结论 无张力修补辅以积极有效的围手术期处理是治疗腹壁切口疝的有效方法。关键词 腹壁切口疝 无张力修补术

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of tension-free open repair of ventral incisional hernias.Methˉods Retrospectively analysis of the30cases of ventral incisional hernia with tension-free open repair from1994.5to2002.5in our department.Results All Patients recovered uneventfully after surgery.There is no hernia recurrence during the1to6year follow-up.Conclusion Tension-free open repair with active perioperative assistant treament is a suitable procedure for the ventral incisional hernia.
